Duct cleaning and sanitizing Performed duct cleaning and sanitizing on 1st floor basement system. Remove and vacuum clean all ceiling registers in basement. Clean floor grilles to remove dust & debris before cleaning w/ duct cleaning machine. Disconnect all flexible duct Clean and polish all grilles. Clean return ductwork, cut access opening to thoroughly clean ducts. Secure with patch plate and sliver tape. Ran system and sanitize.
