Confirmed the living room thermostat was not working. Replaced the thermostat during this visit. Verified the system is now operating. When arriving at the client's property. The client's wife explained to me that for some reason the tstat of the living room area is not working. The client mentioned that her husband tried with new batteries but the tstat did not respond. I proceeded to verify the tstat. The tstat is dead, I explained to the client about the situation. I recommended to the client that it was necessary to replace the tstat.
