View visual findings from this job here - https://visionshare.xoi.io/?id=XA-90AE-6BC4DDFFB32947C9B9CCE053A222A60E Customer has no heat in the home: * At arrival, the customer brought me down to the basement where his steam boiler is located * Immediately saw a heavy signs of corrosion on the automatic water feed * Open the boiler door * Inspect the boiler- In very bad condition * Found the pilot light on the boiler out * Found lot Of debris underneath and on top of the burner tubes in the heat exchanger * I inspected the heat exchanger and immediately suspected that there was a crack from the condition it was showing * I passed the automatic water feeder and fill the boiler with water- After a few moments water starts leaking out of the heat exchanger and onto the floor beneath * Shut the water going to the boiler, Shut down the gas valve and the valve on the main line to the boiler and shot power * This boiler is in bad condition with a cracked heat exchanger and replacement is nee
