Customer has no heat from newly installed boiler: * Check boiler at arrival * Found all zones calling at taco Panel and circulator pumps are on and running * The boiler is off and the system is cold * Check and confirm that the zoning panel and switch is closing to the boiler * Check the low water, cut off and found that the end switch was not closing on the low water cut off * Found that the light on the low water cutoff was off when it should’ve been illuminated * Shut power to the boiler * Return power to the boiler and the light is on on the low water cut off and the boiler tries to fire multiple times but fails and the light turns back off on the low water cut off * Disconnected low water, cut off from boiler and wire system bypassing external low water cut off * Test system operation operations, multiple times with customer conforming normal operations * Boiler cycles on and off multiple times with the Mann call from thermostat and satisfies that temperature * All supply and ret
