Upon arrival customer showed location of thermostat and indoor unit. Found the blower clean free of debris tested emergency heat which was amping properly at this time. Inspected coil which was clean free ofd debris when leak searching coil found points where leaks were notified customer and soap bubbles searched coil to find no active bubble. When going to the out door unit alouwing system to operate checked charge. From manufacturer we were low to target point provided options to address this customer declined at this time.
