Upon arrival spoke with customer. No major issues at this time. Filter is clean. Turned system on. Checked vents that I could get to and all have good air flow. Spoke with customer about her COPD and we spoke about uv lights. I explained a uv light could help the home with the dogs and animals. She agreed and asked for a price once I was done. I went to crawl, unit is level. Drain is clear. Safety’s are working properly. Coil and blower are clean. Heat strips are working properly. Wires all tight. No issues within indoor at this time. Went outside and cleaned outdoor coil. Contacter and capacitor checked within specs. Fan and compressor amped within specs. Refrigerant levels are within manufacturing specifications. Disconnect is tight and surge protector is working well at this time. Outdoor unit to the right side is very muddy he starting to show signs of erosion under pad.
