During my inspection today, the customer greeted me in the driveway. He showed me around all the equipment, including the indoor unit the outdoor unit, the filter and the thermostat. He informed me about what was going on. He said that the low-voltage fuse was popping. I got started on my inspection. I immediately went to the outdoor unit and found that the high-pressure switch wire Was rubbing up against copper and It was shorting out. I gave the customer the option to repair this wire and he did go with that option. I checked the rest of the system out. I found that the evaporator coil was very dirty. I gave the customer the option to clean it he did not go with that option today. I was also going to give the customer the option for the membership but seeing is that the system is dirty. We cannot offer that to him today. The customer said within the next few months he might be able to have the finances together to do this work. He said he does want to get it done. He just has some m
