Upon arrival coil and blower are dirty. Coil is not leaking. Wires are tight and heat strips amped good. Blower amped at 1.3amps. Spoke with customer and went outside, outdoor is still leaking, customer says they run the window units in the summer and heat strips in the winter. Customer didn’t want manger out again.
