Verified blower motor was working within manufacturer specifications. Found no drain safeties preventing outdoor unit from running. Went to the outdoor unit and found running, but not performing within specification. Found system extremely low on charge. Perform courtesy leak search found evaporator coil leaking.(video attached) scanned outdoor unit with no hits at this time. Created an incomplete estimate for evaporator coil replacement with new expansion valve. It is after hours, so is unable to complete any equipment information from manufacturer regarding part availability or pricing. Membership options with customer who is awaiting pricing for repair before joining membership.
