Arrived at the customer location and was greeted in office. Signed in and was shown thermostat and mini split location. Went to other end of building to gain access to roof access. Went to all doors and wasn’t given entry went back to #400 explained would need contact info so we can gain roof access. Inspected mini split today while here today. Cleaned filters and confirmed coils were clean. Tighten all electrical connections and confirmed is operating within manufacturer specifications. Returned to service 1/18/24 Arrived and called number provided a was given access to get to roof top. Replaced all filters and completed inspection of roof top equipment. Confirmed all coils a blower was clean an free of any debris. Found all electrical connections were good and tight with no signs of defects. Confirmed gas pressure was within manufacturer specifications. System passed all test an was returned to service
