Upon arrival checked out main system first. Made sure stat was up to date on program. Pulled coil cover off, coil is clean. Drain line is clean. Blower is clean. All wiring is tight. Found no leaks on gas. Blower was amping at .48amps. Went outside, coil is clean. Wires all tight. Fan amped at .92amps, compressor amped at 5.1amps. Refrigerant levels where 120/319, within manufacturing specs. Disconnect wires are tight. System is working good. Went to mini split, cleaned filter, indoor unit blower is clean and wires are tight. Went outside, system is draining good, wires all tight. Pressures where 125psi suction. Lines where condensation good. Disconnect wires are tight. Over all both systems are working well, with no issues found at this time. Priced up membership for customer to keep the systems clean and up to date with any issues they may have.
