during my inspection, the customer to me at the front door. He didn’t explain to me that he was not the homeowner that he was the tenant. He said that the system has been running well since the last time that we were out the system was double filtered. I told the tenant that he did not have to do that that one filter would work just fine. I then asked him how the thermostat work he said it was good. He had no issues. He then showed me around to the events that I could look at I could not go throughout the whole house. I then had to wait for the homeowner to show up to unlock the crawlspace door, the homeowner came down into the crawlspace with me and we looked over the unit together. I did not find anything out of the ordinary down in the crawlspace. The blower was clean. The evaporator coil was clean. The wires were free of damage and tight. The ductwork was tight.
