Greeted customer at door. Introduce myself to them and inform them what I was doing today. Asked if there were any issues and customer stated they haven't notice anything at this time. Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system in an attic. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this. Checked drain pan under the unit didn't have a float switch and failed my inspection. Checked blower motor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked outdoor capacitor and it failed my inspection. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draw and found them to meet manufacturer set points.
