Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system in an attic. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Checked blower motor amp draw and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draw and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature.
