During my inspection today, I found multiple issues with the system. The customer stated to me that the system was not keeping up and I believe I found why this was. First being that there are three components on the system that need to be replaced no matter what. The contactor, the 45/5 capacitor And the outdoor condenser fan motor. The system is a package unit and the nameplate was almost unreadable. I was able to see the serial number which I was then able to reverse search on Goodman‘s website and get the model number off of it. I then found that the entire system needs to be cleaned . The evaporator coil is so dirty that it is not allowing any airflow through it. I have the customer on the schedule for robin to come out here and give them an option on replacing the system. The office will complete the estimate for the repair and send it over to them. I have also emailed them the check sheet and also the pictures and videos from today.
