Upon arrival spoke with customer, she showed me issue with dry wall in ceilin. Found unit has no drain safety’s, unit is un level. Coil and blower are extremely dirty. Filter was very dirty. Wires are tight. Showed customer. Went outside, contacter and capacitor checked within specs. Fan and compressor amped within specs. Refrigerant in system, but can’t be sure if it’s correct with dirty blower and coil. Spoke with customer about unit and she would also like a quote on replacement due to age of equipment.
