Upon arrival spoke with customer about todays plans and started on system. Put new pan in place and made sure everything was level. Pulled and cleaned blower and cleaned indoor coil. Put in new eztrap and made sure it was wired in. Found heater kit had failed, called and got price for customer for heater kit. Customer approved repairs. I called allied and ordered the part. Explained to customer as soon as we have it in hand we will give her a call.
