During inspection found alot of rust build up on the blower wheel and and parts of the heater kit. Tested heat strips where were amping correctly at this time. Blower motor was amping within manufacture specifications at this time. When in the attic the left side has some items blocking parts of the ductwork and sitting on parts of the drain line. Informed from last visit this can cause issues if something gets damaged do to storage items. When going to outdoor heatpump found coil clean free of debris at this time. Inspected bearings and capacitor which were operating properly at this time. Charge on the system was within manufacture specifications at this time.
