Upon arrival customer explained how system wouldn’t cut on. When looking at the indoor unit found a wire nut separately from system. Once reconnected system began operating. Inspected heat strips which were at 35 amps in correct range. Blower motor was amping within correct range. Did find the condenser motor bearings bad informed and provided customer with options to address issues.
