Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Checked ductwork and found it to be clean. Blower wheel needs to be clean to qualify for membership. Checked filter and customer informed me they put them in a month ago. While closing the filter grill one of the locks snapped off, I informed the customer of what happened. They asked if the filter will stay in place with one lock, I ran a few test and confirmed it will. They were OK with that since it is staying in the grill. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked outdoor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor compressor and fan motor amp draw and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. Checked compressor windings and found them to be good.
