Upon arrival found outdoor unit breaker tripped. Customer reset breaker. Upon further inspection found Drain line clogged . Cleaned and flushed drain line . Cycled system for proper operation. Inspected dual run capacitor 35/5 , capacitor readings Herms 34.94 fan 4.34 both readings are within manufacturer specs at this time . Inspected contactor, contactor is pulling 17.3 ohm’s at this time. Compressor amp draw is @ 4.38 Fan amp draw is @ 0.60 L1 120V , L2 119V L1 and L2 combined 240V Mega ohm compressor, compressor passed the test @ 1000V on each leg. Pressures and temperatures 130/280 and 53/81 SH 8.6 and SC 10 System is operating properly at this time.
