Upon arrival spoke with customer and let her know everything I would be doing today. She explained the system was old and she had another man that took care of the system but wanted to see how loving air was. She showed me the stat and all the vents in the home. I turned the system up and went to the crawl space. Pulled door off, heat strips are working good, contacter both newer. Blower, cabinet and coil are all dirty. Coil is rusted. Wires are tight. Drain is clear. No leaks found on coil at this time. All duct work is tight. Went to outdoor unit, found a mouse dead on capacitor so pulled him off and checked and capacitor is still good but could have issues in future due to animals. Wires all tight, contacter in good shape. Fan amped at 1.1amps and no signs of oil. Compressor amped at 6.2amps. Refrigerant levels where 147/389. Disconnect wires are tight, compressor megohmed in the green. Explained all my findings to the customer and showed her pictures of the system. Explained with
