Arrived at customers residence and was greeted by customer and was led to the outdoor mini split condenser. inspected condenser coil and found that it was dirty when I had an applied crud buster to clean condenser coil and fan blade at this time. Inspected Condenser, converter board is clean and functioning properly at this time. Inspected outdoor disconnect and it is take me to the side of the home at this time. Outdoor unit is sitting level on pad at this time. Inspected first line hide cover it’s nice and tight to the side of the home. Found no defects at this time. Expected line hide cover for two through four and they are tight and neat to the side of the home at this time. all refrigerant lines are tight and neat to the condenser and Arma flex insulation is intact on all four lead lines out of the house into the condenser and without any visible signs of defects, breaks, or tears at this time.. condensate drains are clear at this time, and without any visible obstructions at th
