The heat pump is not running. I found the 45/5 run capacitor bad. The standing refrigerant pressures are a little low. I completed a complimentary refrigerant leak search on the system. I found leaks in the condenser coil and evaporator coil. I called the manager on duty per company policy for a verification visit. Rick is on his way to the customers house. I called trane for parts availability and pricing. The condenser coil is obsolete and not available anymore. The compressor Megohmmed green (good). Rick arrived and is going over options with the customer.
