Arrived at home knocked on the door, customer and greeted us at the door we asked to see the indoor thermostat indoor unit. Customer granted access to thermostats but decline access to indoor unit at this time. Could not check due to not being allowed into the attic. Told customer that we would check outdoor unit and will be back in with our findings. Turn system in cooling to properly checked charge. Check system charge but due to previously stated ductwork issue systems charge is in accurate. Took amp draw on compressor of 5.7 which is in range per manufacture specs. Took amp draw of outdoor fan motor of .5 which is in range per manufacture specs. Checked 40/5 capacitor got a reading of 39.1/4.4 which is under manufacture specs will recommend replacing. Checked contactor and is in good shape at this time. Check fuses on 60 amp disconnect and are in good shape at this time.
