During my inspection the customer greeted me at the door and proceeded to tell me the system was off completely by the breaker. After cutting those on the customer explained to me the air coming out of the vents in the attic was contaminated with black specs. She was worried about a fire hazard. She also explained that there was no cold air coming out of the system. Upon further inspection of the system I found that the indoor unit was extremely dirty and the blower wheel was extremely impacted by dust, dirt, debris. As well as the indoor coil.
