# arrived at customers home was greeted by customer. Went to cottage to investigate system stopped working and found that the system was operational when I arrived stress to machine turn up the coolant heat to try to mimic what the customer described that the machine was doing was unsuccessful. Inspected coils looking for leaks possibility of shorts in electrical system found none at this time. Check voltage coming in from the disconnect and from the disconnect inside the house from the breaker panel found no issues at this time. Check refrigerant charge on system I think it’s a possibility it may be low on refrigerant was not low on refrigerant was within range. Inspected refrigerant lines connections to the heat pump outside found no leaks or issues at this time. As of the moment right now system is operational and operating normally at this time.
