Found electric heat working within spec blower amp within spec went to the outdoor unit and found off on low pressure hook gauges and found zero psi over refrigerant Found oil residue all inside the cabinet and on suction piping going to accumulator. Use electronic leak detector and confirmed our pressure equalizing valve has failed and will need to be replaced. Created an estimate for the customer with parts covered with JB labor customers responsible for all shipping And cost of refrigerant. Explain the customer office will call once confirm warranty and availability of part for scheduling put system into emergency heat and disconnect flipped at outdoor unit.
