I called loving air around 9am and they had someone who could come out same day. When Shawn got here he was very respectful from the start. And listened to all of my concerns. He welcomed me to follow him around and see what he was doing. Shawn answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing step by step and explained the things I could do to better maintain my unit. The air seems to be blowing harder and colder, which is amazing!
