Indoor attic and basement unit: I first checked cleanliness of both evaporator coils(good). Then the basement unit blower wheel was free of debris but the attic blower wheel needs to be cleaned. I did a leak search on both indoor evaporator coils ( free of leaks), I then took amp draws of both indoor unit (basement 5.41 amps) (attic 3.3 amps) both of these are within manufacturer specifications I checked the drain on both the only problem I seen was on the basement drain line there is a small water leak. The duct work for both units are tight and secured. The filters should be changed more regularly due to the construction the customer has going on in their house. Outdoor units: both outdoor units pressures looked ok ( attic R22 50/157) (basement R410a 102/205). Amp draws were all within manufacturer specifications (attic compressor 4.9 amps and condenser fan.6 amps) ( basement compressor 3.8 amps and .5 amps for the condenser fan).
