Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system. Checked indoor coil and found it to be clean. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Wiped down blower motor wheel per contract. Checked ductwork and it passed my inspection. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked outdoor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked compressor and outdoor fan motor amp draws and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. System is in working condition at this time. Customer would like his water heater flush on the next visit.
