Electrical connections are tight. Flushed drain line, ensuring water safety function. Blower bearings are tight and sealed. Found residual oil on suction line set. Unable to pinpoint source of leak. Gave customer options on recharging and repairing leak. Completed inspection on outdoor system. Electrical connections are tight washed condenser coil pressures are 90/320. Unit is low on charge. Customer opted to have system recharged. Added 2lbs 420a. Unit pressure now 116/365. No warranty or guarantee on recharge of system. Compressor contactor, condenser capacitor, all within specs. All ops at this time.
