Preformed maintenance inspection on heat pump system. Cleaned indoor coil per contract. Preformed leak search on coil and didn't find any leaks at this time. Cleaned blower wheel per contract. Checked blower motor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked blower motor amp draw and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean with no signs of leaks at this time. Checked outdoor compressor and fan motor amp draw and found them to meet manufacturer set points. Checked outdoor capacitor and found it to meet manufacturer set points. Checked pressures with gauges and found them to meet manufacturer set points with current outdoor temperature. System is in working condition at this time.
