During my inspection today, I found a few things I needed to bring to the customers attention. First item being in the most important is that there is a refrigerant leak on the suction line service valve and a slightly less active leak on the discharge line service valve. Unfortunately, it is our 22 refrigerant and it is non-repairable. I also found that the sensor for the outdoor coil is out of place and needs to be re-secured in the contactor needs to be replaced. I talked to the customer over the phone and she informed me that we need to send her an estimate for replacement. She is not interested in doing any repairs at this time. I have informed the office that we need to send that over to her at this time the system is semi operational.
