Preformed heating inspection a heat pump system. Checked blower wheel and cleaned it under service contract. Checked the Capacitor and it is in manufacturer set points. Checked indoor coil for leaks didn't find any, coil is clean as well. Checked electric heat kit and found no burnt up coils and reading proper Amp draw too. Checked duct work and found it to be dirty left an estimate for customer and she will need to talk with her husband about going through it. Checked outdoor coil and found it to be clean. Checked contactor for any signs of arching and found none. Didn't find any loose wires from air handler and outdoor coil. Checked pressures and found them they meet manufacturer set ranges with current outdoor temperatures. Checked capacitor and found it to be in range same to with compressor and outdoor fan Amp draws. System is in working condition at this time.
