Reposition pressure switch test ran operation normal at this time
Removed water from pressure switch tested drain line operating normal at this time
Leak found on 3/4" Cpvc tee. Probably caused by piping not being supported. Replaced tee and necessary fittings to connect pipe. Leak checked and supported piping.
Found a area of concern with heat exchanger shut unit down Also found leak left side of crawl space far back (see video) set up project manager and plumber
Heat rise 50 degrees. Indoor voltage system reads 20 uf and rated for 20uf. Cleaned indoor fan. Combustion chamber has no areas of concern. Outdoor refrigerant pumping system did not pass test reading 60 megaohms. Cleaned burner system and flame safety system. Leak searched coils and found no leaks. Static pressure is .5 W.C.
WO-TNFR174251 made repairs to main voltage enhancement system with upgrade to assist and help system with started. 18 degree Delta T differential
Warranty, no A/C, gateway coil shorted, installed replacement and test ran, operation normal at this time.
AC club rejuvenation: delta T was 20. Air filter system was clean and clear and recently changed out by customer. Air movement system was dirty so I cleaned off with proper brush and cleaner. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line system was clean and clear. Evap was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Voltage enhancement system was running at 38.9/4.7uf. factory spec is a 40/5uf. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
Delta T is 18 degrees. Air filter is dirty. Air circulation system is clean. Both indoor voltage enhancement systems are below factory spec and should be replaced. One is rated 4uf and reads 3.3uf. the other is 7.5uf and reads 6uf. Sprayed cleaner on indoor Heat transfer system. Leak searched indoor heat transfer system and found no leaks. Purged and flushed clogged water removal system. Scoped combustion chamber and found no areas of concern. Outdoor amp readings are within factory spec. Outdoor voltage enhancement system is within factory spec. Sprayed down outdoor heat transfer system. Checked refrigerant levels and pressures and were within factory spec.
Supply temperature is 130 degrees with a return of 71 degrees. Heat rise is 61 degrees. Air filter is dirty so I changed it out with customer supplied filter. Cleaned off air circulation system. Pressure sensing system is functioning properly. Voltage enhancement system has a factory spec of 4uf and reads 3.3uf and is out of factory spec range. Second voltage enhancement system has a factory spec of 7.5uf and reads 6.4uf and is out of factory spec range. Cleaned flame safety system. Cleaned combustion burner system. Checked combustion chamber with HD camera and found no areas of concern. Flames are blue with orange tips.
Attic unit: looked at air movement system which was clean with no signs of concern. Looked at filter which was dirty so I changed out. Looked at wiring inside electrical compartment which were all clean and looking good and secure. Looked at flame gateway system which are clean with no signs of concern. Looked at heat sensor system which was clean with no signs of concern. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the inspection.

Crawl space unit: looked at air movement system which was extremely dirty so I told the customer and gave them an estimate on cleaning it. Looked at filter which was dirty so I changed out as well. Looked at wiring inside electrical compartment which were all clean and secure. Looked at flame gateway system which were starting to rust over and pit so I gave the customer an estimate on them as well. Looked at heat sensor system which was clean. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the inspection.

Gave c
Returned for noise from system, bearings going bad on the outdoor air movement system, installed replacement system and test ran.
Warranty, noise from system, no problems found, compressor run load amps factory spec 14.1, actual 8.5, outdoor fan full load amps factory spec 1.4, actual 1.2.
