Furmace rejuvination: heat rise was 71. Air filter system was dirty so I changed out with customers extras. Air movement system was clean but I tried to wipe anything off but nothing came off. All wiring was clean and secure. Drain line was clean and clear.Flame gateway and sensor system both look great and were running fine. Evap coil was clean and clear of all debris. Heat movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. Static pressure readings were good. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.

Nine-year-old furnace, indoor coil, and outdoor coil. Indoor dry bulb was 66. The system immediately started (fan) upon arrival. However, the cool supply air was 66 degrees and the return was also 66. The air filter was new. The indoor coil was only a little dirty but found numerous refrigerant leaks with the electronic refrigerant leak detector. Outside the refrigerant pumping system's run amps were zero. Tested the voltage enhancer and it was at 0 uF. Replaced the voltage enhancer with the tenant's permission. Thereafter the refrigerant pumping system's run amps were 10 (FLA is 20), the start amps were 6.5, and the air exhaust system's amps were .65 (FLA is 1.5). All normal after the repairs. The supply temp fell to 58, but the liquid pressure was 205 and the liquid line temp was 68 for a SC of two. The vapor pressure was 70 and the vapor line temp was 63 for a SH of 49. These readings indicate the system is low on refrigerant due to several leaks on the indoor coil. Sending an estim
