Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are clay tile ducts and have water from ground water leaking into the joints. There are several things outside that need to be addressed to control the water issues. After water issues are resolved the ducts should be spin cast mortared on the joints then spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material. The plenum is also in bad shape.
