Televised sewer from pulled toilet approximately 85 ft before we could not push any further due to turns in line and roots. Suggest installing an outside clean out in order to rod the line more effectively. Kitchen / Laundry line has heavy grease. Suggest this be Rodded to break up grease.
6/24/25 - Tvd main overhead sewer clean out on stack in basement, had a hard time getting camera past elbow/hole in pipe after elbow. Located line runs under ac unit and turns under concrete stoop, recommend bills plumbing digs to install 6” outside clean out and repipe cast through foundation wall. Also tvd second overhead line that ties into main overhead line clean out on stack needs to be repiped and install a tee instead of elbow at bottom to install liner through back end clean out cap. 6/27/25 - Customer decided to contract with another company who can perform both the excavation and lining work.
Televised sewer from overhead cleanout. There appears to be a bhole in cast at cat to clay connection. Will provide proposal for lining.
5/20 Cleaned all underground duct work. Rebuilt all registers with hydraulic cement. Applied first application of duct armor to all underground duct work. 5/29 Applied 2nd application of spray lining to approximately 73ft of 8” air ducts.

Televised sewer from outside clean out approximately 41ft to city main and 70ft to catch basin near house. There were roots at many location going downstream and the first 8 ft going back to the house. Will provide a proposal for lining sewer to prevent roots from growing in.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts with metal fittings. Both the concrete and the metal look to be in good condition. Will provide an estimate for spray lining the ducts to encapsulate the concrete.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are cardboard and are deteriorated with holes in the bottom. The floors would need to be opened in several locations if we were to try to restore these ducts. Suggest going overhead in bedroom and a mini split in family room.

Televised sewer from outside PVC Check valve. There are roots at the cast to clay. Rodded into house to clear roots. Provide proposal for lining from PVC by check valve back into cast iron.
