3-11-2025: Cleaned and measured sewer in preparation for lining from 6” clay clean out in from yard (5’8”deep) upstream 27’ starting in 6” clay just upstream of clean out and ending in 4” cast with 2 reinstates one reinstate is a pvc wye from kitchen/ejector pump line which wye is broke on bottom of kitchen line side, second reinstate could be old downspout line or possible window well drain from right side of house. We will also line downstream 35’ to city main starting in 6” clay downstream of clean out and ending just before city main. We rodded kitchen/ejector pump line from over head stack in back left corner of basement 80’ to pvc wye where pipe is broke on bottom, heavy roots through out line, a clean out would need to be installed in front yard for access to line kitchen/ejector line, would recommend digging at broken pvc wye to replace wye and install 6” pvc clean out on kitchen branch line for future lining. 3-14-25 -Inserted a liner through the existing outside clean-o
Televised sewer from clean out in basement back to toilet on 1st floor. Sewer was partially backed up but was able to clear with camera. Recommend toilets be replaced with Gerber Avalanche as the one that are installed now are very low flushing. Also suggest descaling and possible epoxy coating.
Televised sewer from outside clean out to city main and into house. There are roots at the cast to clay connection. Will provide proposal for installing a patch liner in that area.
Televised sewer from overhead clean out in basement approximately 35ft to flood control check valve. Clay tile looked in good condition with only slight offsets. Cast is scaled and has possible fine roots left over from a previous rodding but there did not appear to be any major shifts or shearing of the cast iron pipe before it got to the clay tile tee. The pit in the basement is holding water but homeowner had the pump oout saying the pump was not working. Suggest having Bills plumping replace the pump and get that working again. Will provide a quote for installing a short 4ft patch in the 4” cast iron to seal off roots.
Televised from outside clean out and also from clean out in crawl space but sewer was backed up. Rodded from outside clean out and was only able to get a straight cable through to open sewer and get level to drop. Retelevised again and found that clean out in crawl has a hole in side of pipe on riser and allowed stone and clay to enter the pipe. Could not get camer to pass by all the stone in the pipe from the crawl space clean out. Televised from clean out in closet in basement and see that the line has heavy roots in clay downstream of the connection for drain tile. The toilet in the addition is actually tied into the original drain tile in the house then connects to the main sewer at the cross connection. Suggest Bills plumbing install a clean out at cross and also use the open pipe and hole to jet and remove the stone in the line. After the clean outs are installed we can provide a proposal for installing a liner if requested by the homeowner. We will also provide a quote for ins

Sewer repair service call. Lined 6” clay tile sewer line from outside cleanout approximately 68’ downstream ending just before city main.
Sewer repair service call. Televised sewer from flood control system in front yard approximately 50 ft to city main. Bolts need to be repaired in flood control system after lining of the sewer.
11-18-2022: lined sewer from outside clean out downstream 30’ towards city main, did not line to main, lined just past bad area near sidewalk/ curb where sink hole is present.
Televised sewer from outside clean out to city main. Sewer has some roots and slight cracks. Cast iron going into house is heavily scaled and was holding some paper but was able to break it up with the camera. Suggest lining clay descaling the cast and possibly epoxy brush coating the cast.
