Sewer video camera inspection call. Televised ducts under slab floor portion of house. Ducts are concrete possibly Transite Ducts with metal fittings. Metal fittings look in good condition. Will provide proposal for spray lining the ducts to encapsulate.
Took a look at storm drains from manhole near alley way about 60’ of 6” clay and 20’ of 4” clay

Cleaned sewer line from outside cleanout approximately 65’ downstream and approximately 10’ upstream. Flushed loose tree roots out of the sewer line. Installed a 5’ 6” patch over the void in the clay tile approximately 50’ downstream.

Drain clog service call. 9-28-2023: Tv’d sewer from out side clean out in front yard. Retrieved broken 6” pvc cap from sewer lodged/ stuck in 6” clay pipe about 10’ downstream of 6” pvc clean out in front yard. Re-televised out to city main and back yo overhead stack line was clear both ways.
