Service was very professional and explained to my wife and me completely. Service agents showed up on time and were done in the time specified. They explained what they were doing as they went along. Was less money to get fixed then regular trenching plus did not have to dig up part of the landscaping.

Ductwork video inspection service call. Under the slab are concrete ducts with metal fittings and connections. Appears to be a leak at the line that runs under the downstairs bathroom. Recommended spray lining encapsulation to avoid future ductwork leaking issues.
Sewer video inspection & sewer repair service visit. -Cut our a section of the drywall to expose the overhead sewer exiting the foundation wall in the basement towards the front of the house.* -Temporarily remove the PVC pipe to allow insertion of the liner. -Clean and televise the line in preparation for lining. -Insert a liner through the open pipe and continue through the 4" cast iron pipe covering over a section that is slightly sheared and starting to offset and then ending in the 6" PVC pipe outside. -Replace the PVC pipe in the basement that was temporarily removed.
Televised sewer from overhead clean out approximately 93ft to city main sewer. The cast iron has a slight shift allowing a root to enter into the pipe. Suggests installing a liner from the PVC through the cast then ending in the pvc Trenchless will provide a quote for that work.
We are applying the first of two applications of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the heavily rusted underground duct work.
We are cleaning all the underground duct work and applying our trenchless cast mortar to all underground duct work to restructure the weak rusted metal duct in preparation for lining the underground duct work system with our duct lining product.
Installed a sewer liner to repair broken overhead sewer, 4” cast shifted outside foundation wall. We lined through the shifted pipe to seal where roots were growing into pipe causing sewer to back up.
