Used specialized spray equipment for an even application. Inspected the coating for uniformity and adhesion. The ductwork is now protected, enhancing durability and air quality.
Utilized pipe bursting methods for a trenchless sewer line replacement. Excavated entrance and exit pits, then pulled a bursting head through the existing terra cotta pipe while simultaneously pulling the new seamless HDPE pipe into place, effectively upsizing the line without trenching.

In Aurora, IL, I performed a thorough cleaning of all underground ductwork, ensuring the removal of debris and buildup. Subsequently, I applied spin cast mortar to all connections and elbows to reinforce their integrity and seal potential leaks. Additionally, I meticulously rebuilt all registers and the plenum box using mortar, enhancing their structural stability and optimizing airflow efficiency throughout the duct system.
Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are concrete ducts showing slight signs of dirt in line with metal fittings only showing slight signs of rust. Will provide proposal for spray lining with Duct Armor duct lining material to encapsulate the concrete pipe.

Piping repair service call. Descaled 10’ of 4” cast, Installed spot repair liners 10’ in total using silicate resin from overhead stack clean out in basement, starting in 4” pvc ending in 6” pvc to cover over all 4” cast iron where there was a break near foundation wall.

We are applying the second application of our rubberized duct lining material to all of the deteriorated underground duct work. The duct work will be completely sealed and mold and debris will no longer enter the system.
We are going to clean and restore all of the heavily rusted underground duct work. We are applying our Trenchless cast mortar to all of the heavily rusted elbows and connections in underground duct work. This will give them a strong structure and debris will not be able to enter from these areas. We are also going to apply the first of two applications of our rubberized duct lining material. This will completely seal the underground duct system.
