Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are galvanized ducts and are very rusted and deteriorated. Discovered the kitchen sink line is leaking into the ducts. Kitchen sink will need to be repaired then spin cast morter the ducts and then spray line them with Duct Armor du t lining material.

Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are PVC with metal fittings and connections that are rusted and allowing water to enter the ducts. There needs to be drain tile added lower and fed into the existing original sump pit then the ducts should be spin cast mortared and spray lined with Duct Armor duct lining material.

Bob S.

Received a service call for a video inspection of under-slab ductwork. Utilized televised inspection to examine ducts beneath the slab floor. Observed PVC ducts displaying indications of potential mold growth. Recommend addressing this issue by applying spray lining with Duct Armor for long-lasting protection and improved air quality.
