Televised ducts under slab floor. Ducts are clay tile. Plenum is showing signs of deterioration and should be rebuilt. There was not water at the time of the inspection but tenant showed video of water in ducts after heavy rain event. All downspouts are dropping next to the house. It is recommended they be extended and run away from the house. If this does not solve the water issue a sump pit and pump is recommended on the left side of the house to control the water.
