Preventative maintenence inspection on 2008 Rheem furnace. No issues found while on site. 20x25x1 air filter in new condition. Clean flame sensor and ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Blow out condensation trap. Test ran in heating mode. Delta t of 54F with supply temp of 122F. Delta t spec of 40-70F. 3" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. All systems are operating properly and within specs. System is ready for Winter
