2012 Trane XV95 furnace running in good condition. Trane Clean Effects filter cleaning performed. Clean flame sensor and tested ignitor @ 48.5ohms. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing in basement. #35 Humidifier pad is new today. Shop vac cleaning of furnace and humidifier internals. Flushed drian trap to remove debris. Test ran furnace in heating mode from thermostat. Temperature rise is within specs of 35-65F @ 42F with supply temp of 115F. All parameters are within spec for proper operation, and system is ready for Winter.
