2017 Trane AC running in great condition. Trane Clean Effects filter cleaning. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Humidifier damper is closed. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 20F with supply temp of 51F. Refrigerant pressure are within spec. High 240psi with 8F SC, low 125psi with 14F SH. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
