We were extremely pleased with Matt C. He was very polite. Asked before he used anything. His explanations of what could be wrong, what he would have to do to fix it and options we would have helped us make our decisions. This is probably the first time we have purchased a membership from any company and probably would not have if it were not for the clear way Matt explained everything and made us feel comfortable with the membership. I know if we ever needed anything we would certainly want to use Matt C again. Also I want to add how respectful Matt was.
