I called my guys plumbing to deal with my toilet, not flushing. There was a glitch in their automated system, so there was a bit of a delay, but they offered me a discount for the inconvenience without me asking for it, and probably came out this morning at 9 o’clock. While Joe was giving me the estimate for the toilet issue and giving me options to choose from, he basically said I was part of the my guy’s family. They had been out recently to replace my hot water heater that went on me. So all he was working up the estimate he asked if there is anything else he could do for me. I mentioned that I would like to get it all weather spigot on the one side of my house and asked if he could work up an estimate he did and I agreed to have that done as well. Then I threw another potential job at him, and It didn’t throw him at all. I’ve had a new bathroom vanity waiting to be installed for some time now. Just didn’t happen with other things going on in life. He took a look and said he’d be able to do that. Again worked up an estimate and told me he could do everything today while he was here. He called in Carlos to assist him and the two of them got everything done in this brutal heat with smiles on their faces. They were kind, professional, and made an older single woman feel comfortable having two guys in her home. I would highly recommend both Joe and Carlos and of course my guys plumbing!
